Director

Jennie Haarsager-Lieske is a native of Boise, Idaho, but has lived in Wyoming since 1997. She has a Master's Degree in American Studies from the University of Wyoming and a BA in Sociology & Women's Studies from Washington State University. Jennie is married to Scott Lieske, and they have a son Samuel and a daughter Nora and a dog, Gunnar. In her free time, Jennie enjoys riding around town on her cruiser bike, walking her dog, and working on her 1913 Bungalow.

Assistant Director

Charlotte While was born in Massachusetts, but grew up in Laramie, WY. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Elementary Education. Charlotte is married to Todd While and has two children. She has been an employee of Laramie Reproductive Health since 1997.

Clinic Coordinator

Terri Wolfer is originally from Riverton. She graduated in May of 2005 with a degree in Social Work and was an intern at LRH. Her husband Scott is getting his Masters in Architectural Engineering. Outreach Coordinator

Rosie Lew is originally from Rawlins, Wy. She graduated from the University of Wyoming in December 2006 with a degree in History. Whenever she gets an opportunity, Rosie likes to jet-set around the world. During her travels, she has made lots of friends including her adopted Ghanian family, the Teyes. Rosie hopes to help them with their school and orphanage, the Bright Child Academy. She is also a local activist and has been a volunteer for the SAFE project’s crisis hotline. In her free time, Rosie enjoys spending time with friends and family. Someday she would like to own a Guinea Pig and name him Cuwi!

Medical Assistant

Whitney Ellsbury is originally from Sundance, Wyoming. She graduated from the University of Wyoming in May 2010 with a degree in Microbiology. Last Spring she had the opportunity to voluntarily travel to Honduras on a medical mission. While there she was able to develop and improve the overall health and well-being of the citizens in the poor, rural communities of Honduras. During her free time Whitney enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors.

Sherrie Rubio-Wallace, FNP

Sherrie earned her BSN from Villanova University and her masters in nursing-FNP from University of Wyoming. She has been a part-time nurse practitioner here since 2001. She also teaches in the nursing program at UW.

Candy Stidolph, FNP

Teri Lund, FNP

Teri has been a resident of Wyoming since 1970 and has lived in Laramie since coming to college in 1974. She earned BS (1979) in Nursing and MS (1989) in Maternal-Child Nursing from University of Wyoming. She became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1997 after returned to UW for post-masters certificatation. Her personal interests are primarily centered around family and outdoor activities; community involvement includes Downtown Clinic and medical support for cycling events. Email: tlund@uwyo.edu
